It is stated by both the sides that mediation has failed.
This revision petition is filed against an order passed
in application u/S 156(3) Cr.PC directing registration of FIR
against petitioner. At this stage R2 submits that the order has
already been complied with and FIR no. 631/2024 dated
05.10.2024 has already registered in compliance of order of Ld.
Trail Court.
R2 has filed the copy of FIR. As such the petition is
infructuous.
At this stage petitioner submits that he may be
permitted to withdraw the application. Separate endorsement of
Petitioner is taken on petition itself. In view of the same the
petition is dismissed.
TCR be sent back with copy of order. File be
consigned to Record Room.

This revision petition is filed against order dated 30.09.2024.
R-2 submits that he has received copy of petition.
At this stage, as it is found that P-1 & R-2 are advocates of
the same bar, both the parties are counseled to go to mediation to settle
all their disputes. Parties have agreed. Hence, the matter is referred to
mediation for 19.10.2024 at 02:00 pm.
Parties shall report to Court as and when matter is settled.
However, if mediation fails, the matter shall be heard on merits on
16.11.2024. R-2, if wants to file reply, shall supply an advance copy of
the same to petitioners.
As state has taken note of the fact that parties have referred
to mediation, as such IO is directed to wait till outcome of mediation
before taking any adverse steps against any of the parties.
