both the cases were disposed of but in the said order a wrong date
i.e. 12.02.2024 is appearing in reference to the order of Hon’ble
High Court whereas the same should have been 12.02.2014.
It is clearly a typographical error and therefore the
same is corrected by hand with initial. All other contents shall
remain same.
File be consigned to record room after due compliance.
