Sh. Vicky Khanna, son of defendant no. 1 submits that defendant
no. 1 has not been provided copy of the application under Order 7 Rule 14 of
CPC filed on behalf of plaintiff. Let copy of the application under Order 7
Rule 14 of CPC be provided to the defendant no. 1.
Sh. Vicky Khanna, son of defendant no. 1 has, on behalf of
defendant no. 1, filed an application under Order 7 Rule 11 of CPC. Let copy
of the application be provided to the plaintiff. Sh. Vicky Khanna states that
he will provide copy within two weeks.
Ld. Counsel for defendant no. 2 has filed an application under
Section 151 of CPC seeking expeditious disposal of the suit. Let copy be
provided to the plaintiff and to other defendants.
Put up for filing of reply to pending applications and for
arguments on pending applications on 09.03.2027. Shorter date is not
possible because of high pendency of cases.
