This revision petition is against order dated
25.09.2023 dismissing the application for preservation of CCTV
footage of PS Subhash Place and preservation of CDR and
charge location of mobile phone of applicant.
As per record, the application before ld. Trial Court
was filed on 06.09.2023 and ld. Trial Court passed the order on
application on 25.09.2023.
Therefore, notice of this application be issued to
SHO PS concerned to appear in person and file a detailed
report as to the status of CCTV footage in PS Subhash Place
from 20.08.2023 to 25.08.2023 and also state if on receipt of
application dated 06.09.2023 the exercise of preserving the
CCTV footage of PS was done or not. Record also shows that a
reply was also filed on 20.09.2023 wherein at para no. 7 SHO
made certain observations with respect to CCTV Cameras which
was completely uncalled for as the person who is brought to PS is
not expected to know and identify all the cameras and places of
installed CCTV cameras.
List on 09.10.2023 at 02:00 pm. TCR be summoned
for the next date of hearing.
