Sh. Yogesh Kumar, Ld. Counsel for the JD no. 1.
Ld. Counsel for the JD no. 1 submits that he shall deposit
the decreetal amount in the form of a demand draft before the Registry
of the Hon'ble High Court of Delhi today itself. Further, he has clarified
that he is not appearing for the JD no. 2 and that the appeal has also not
been filed on behalf of the JD no. 2.
On request, matter is pass over for 02.00 pm.

In the morning session, it was clarified by the Ld. Counsel
that he was not appearing for the JD no. 2 and that the appeal has also
not been filed on behalf of the JD no. 2.

In view of the same, on request, issue warrant of attachment
against movable properties of the JD no. 2 as per list on filing of PF
within 07 days from today. The Civil Nazir will ensure execution of
warrants as per law and repeated efforts will be made by the Bailiff till
execution of the warrants. DH is also directed to file affidavit alongwith
PF that there is no stay on the execution.
Let the warrants be put up before Ld. ACJ for appointment
of Bailiff for 04.02.2025.
Put up for report of Bailiff on 07.03.2025.

At this stage, Sh. Yogesh Kumar, Ld. Counsel for the JD
no.1 has joined the proceedings through V.C. He has sent an e-mail
wherein the receipt of an application for deposition of the DD before the
Hon'ble High Court of Delhi is attached along with the copy of the DD.
It is further submitted by Ld. Counsel that as the Hon'ble High Court of
Delhi is closed for winter vacations now, the receipt was not issued by
the Registry.

In view of the receiving shown by the JD, no adverse order
is passed today. The receipt of the actual payment be placed on record
by the NDOH. Put up for further proceedings on date fixed i.e.
07.03.2025.
