It is noted that the judgment in the matter against defendant
was passed on 09.05.2024 by this Court.
At this stage, it is submitted by learned counsel for the DH
that JD (s) has/have been functioning from Lucknow, UP and accordingly,
he has prayed for issuance of Transfer Certificate for execution of decree in
the matter.
Heard.
In view of the submissions made by learned counsel for the
DH, his request in this regard is allowed.
Issue Transfer Certificate in the name of learned District &
Sessions Judge concerned for execution of decree in the matter. Copy of
this order be given dasti.
