Pradeep Singh Deshwal.

Pradeep Singh Deshwal.
Verification report from the hospital received.
According to the report, patient Jyoti Rani, wife of
applicant/accused is admitted in Mansa Ram Hospital Pvt. Ltd.
and is planned for surgical procedure intervention (Laparoscopic
Cholescystectomy/Open Cholecystectomy) after PAC clearence
and expected date of surgery is 13.12.2024. Ld. Counsel for
applicant/accused submitted that is no one to look after her.
Keeping in view the fact that wife of applicant/accused
is to undergo surgery, applicant/accused Pradeep Singh Deshwal
is granted interim bail on furnishing personal bond in the sum of
Rs. 50,000/- with one surety of the like amount for a period of
eight days from 11.12.2024 to 18.12.2024, on the following
conditions:
i) That the applicant/accused will share his mobile
number(s) to the IO/SHO, which should be always
switched on and he shall share his phone live location as
and when required by the IO.
ii) That the applicant/accused shall not leave Delhi
without permission.
iii) That the applicant/accused shall not approach any of
the witnesses or their family members, directly or
indirectly.

iv) That the applicant/accused shall surrender before the
concerned Jail Superintendent on 19.12.2024.
The interim bail application stands disposed of
accordingly.
List on the date already fixed i.e. 07.02..2024.
Copy of this order be sent to the concerned Jail
Superintendent, for information. Copy of the order be also given
dasti to the counsel for the applicant.
