Inspector Surender has filed verification report of
Inspector Rajeev Kumar finding mention of having verified the
authenticity of medical records and treatment papers of wife of
applicant/accused Pradeep Singh Deshwal, finding them to be
genuine.
Heard. Perused.
In terms of medical documents, treatment papers;
patient Jyoti, wife of Sh. Pradeep Singh Deshwal is to undergo
surgery of appendicitis after admission on 12/11/2025 at Anand
Hospital, Najafgarh, Delhi, which is proposed to be performed by
Dr. Preet Singh, surgeon.
Ld. Counsel for applicant/accused Pradeep Singh
Deshwal submits that there is none else excepting applicant/
accused/husband Pradeep Singh Deshwal to look-after his ailing
wife.
It is also submitted that even earlier in December last
year when applicant/accused Pradeep Singh Deshwal availed
interim bail, there were no reports/complaints against
applicant/accused Pradeep Singh Deshwal for violation of any

conditions laid therein.
Keeping in view the fact that wife of applicant/
accused Pradeep Singh Deshwal is to undergo surgery,
applicant/accused Pradeep Singh Deshwal is granted interim bail
on furnishing personal bond in the sum of Rs.50,000/- with one
surety of like amount from 10/11/2025 to 20/11/2025, on the
following conditions:-
i) That the applicant/accused will share his mobile
number(s) to the IO/SHO, which should be always switched on
and he shall share his phone live location as and when required
by the IO;
ii) That the applicant/accused shall not leave Delhi without
permission;
iii) That the applicant/accused shall not approach any of the
witnesses or their family members, directly or indirectly;
iv) That the applicant/accused shall surrender before the
concerned Jail Superintendent at 10 am on 21/11/2025.
Copy of this order be sent to concerned Jail
Superintendent for information.
As prayed, copy of this order be given dasti to Counsel
for applicant/ accused Pradeep Singh Deshwal.
Put up on date already fixed i.e., 22/11/2025 for
prosecution evidence.
