The report dated 01/11/2025 of Inspector Rajeev
Kumar was filed with verification from Doctor of Anand Hospital
of submitted documents of patient Ms. Jyoti, wife of applicant/
accused Pradeep Singh Deshwal filed to be genuine.
The interim bail of applicant/accused Pradeep Singh
Deshwal has been sought on the premise that wife of applicant/
accused Pradeep Singh Deshwal is to undergo surgery for
appendicitis.
Ld. Additional Public Prosecutor for State submits that
with the medical documents with the interim bail application, no
investigation report of appendicitis or opinion of surgeon has
been enclosed for surgery.
One day adjournment is sought by Ld. Counsel for
applicant/accused Pradeep Singh Deshwal to place on record
further medical documents, if any with respect to appendicitis
and opinion of surgeon for surgery.

As prayed, put up on 04/11/2025 for consideration of
interim bail application of applicant/accused Pradeep Singh
Deshwal.
In case of filing of documents, if any, today on behalf
of applicant/accused, then on receipt of copy of the same; SHO,
P.S Kanjhawla shall submit report about their genuineness by
tomorrow morning i.e., on 04/11/2025 latest by 11 am.
Copy of this order be sent to SHO, P.S Kanjhawla for
compliance.
