Reply to aforesaid application filed by Inspector Pawan
Kumar, which is signed by IO/Inspector Surender Singh.
Inspector Pawan Kumar submits that IO/Inspector
Surender Singh has gone to Patiala House Court in some other
matter whereas he is not conversant with the facts of this case.
Let State through Ld. Chief Public Prosecutor file the
reply to the aforesaid bail application of applicant/accused in two
days time period.
Reader submits that the supplementary charge-sheet
with respect to FSL report of the CCTV footage has not been
received on committal.
Let applicant/Counsel provide the date fixed by
Magisterial Court for committal of the supplementary charge-
sheet.
