The WS in the matter has been filed. Copy supplied.
Ld. Counsel for plaintiff has pointed out that there is a delay
in filing the WS and there is no application seeking condonation of delay. It
is further stated that each page of the WS has not been signed. The WS is
not even accompanied by Statement of Truth and affidavit of
admission/denial of documents. Ld. Counsel for plaintiff is at liberty to
move an appropriate application in this regard.
At this stage, the parties have expressed thier desire to get the
matter settled before the Mediation Center.
Heard.
At joint request, let the matter be placed before Ld. Judge
Incharge, Mediation Center, NW/Rohini Courts today at 12.30 P.M. for
recording of settlement, if any, and thereafter before this court at 4.00 P.M.
today itself. Parties are directed to appear before Ld. Judge Incharge,
Mediation Center on the aforesaid date and time.
