alongwith Statement of Truth and Affidavit of admission/denial
of documents of the plaintiff”, as per Commercial Courts Act,
2015. The summons are allowed to be taken dasti for onward
service through the Ld. Principal District & Sessions Judge
concerned pertaining to the address of the defendant. Steps be
taken within four weeks.
