On the last date of hearing, learned counsel for the DH was
directed to place on record copy of Notice under Section 21 of the
Arbitration & Conciliation Act, 1996 on record.
At this stage, learned counsel for the DH has prayed for
withdrawal of the instant execution petition, with liberty to file afresh in
accordance with law.
Heard.
Separately, statement of Shri Abhayendra Kumar, Advocate,
learned counsel for the DH to aforesaid effect has been recorded. On the
basis of statement of learned counsel for the DH recorded in Court today,
instant petition is hereby disposed off as having been withdrawn, with
liberty to the DH to file afresh in accordance with law.
