Today, counsel for the JD has handed over one DD
bearing no. 886187 dated 03.07.2026 amounting Rs. 8,000/-
drawn on Union Bank of Delhi, in the name of the DH to the son
of DH. Photocopy of the same has been placed on record.
Acknowledgment signatures of son of the DH are
taken on today's ordersheet.
It is submitted by the counsel for the JD that the
NDOH in the RFA No. 622/24 in the Hon'ble High Court of
Delhi filed by the JD/defendant is 17.07.2026.
There is an already application filed by JD u/o 21
rule 64 & 77 r/w 47 and Section 151 CPC for sale of attached
moveable property and adjustment of sale proceeds towards part
satisfaction of decreetal amount.
There is an application already filed by the DH u/o
21 CPC for seeking issuance of rent demand notice to the JD of
the attached property.
Let copies of the applications be exchanged to each
other.
Put up for reply and arguments on the aforesaid
applications for 04.12.2026.
