Written Statement along with Statement of Truth,
Affidavit under Section 63 BSA and List of documents has been
filed on behalf of defendant along with an application Under
Order 8 Rule 1 CPC seeking condonation of the delayed period
on filing the Written Statement. It is submitted that entire paper-
book of the defendant was e-filed as on 23.11.2024 and has been
physically filed on the Court on 27.11.2024.
As further submitted, the defendant has been served
on one of the addresses as on 29.07.2024.
Perusal of process reveals that the Registered Cover
at the two addresses of the defendant have been received back
with the report “
left the address”.
Defendant is stated to have been served by one of
the address. Let an Affidavit of the address for the purpose of
future notice be filed by the defendant by way of Affidavit as
well as requisite address form.
