An application for summoning of witnesses on
behalf of plaintiff filed.
Heard.
The matter is still pending before Ld.Local
Commissioner for recording of evidence. Therefore, the
application moved on behalf of plaintiff is allowed. The
witnesses as prayed be summoned, on filing of PF, for recording
evidence before the Ld. Local Commissioner.
An application for substitution of AR has been filed
on behalf of defendant.
Heard. Perused.
It is stated in the present application that the earlier
AR of the defendant Mr. Sailesh Kumar has tendred resignation
from the company and the defendant has now appointed Mr.
Kapil Kumar Saroha, vide authorization letter dated 16.07.2026.
It is prayed that the AR of defendant may kindly be substituted.
The application is duly supported with the copy of
authorization letter dated 16.07.2026. Keeping in view the
submissions made, the present application is allowed and Mr.
Kapil Kumar Saroha is substituted as new AR of the defendant.
Evidence by way of affidavit of DW Sh.Kapil
Kumar Saroha filed. Same is taken on record. Copy be supplied.
Be put up for repoort of Ld. Local Commmissioner
regarding evidence on 22.10.2026.
