Present : Sh. Anuj Malhotra , Ld. Counsel for the DH with DH.
None for the JD.
WOP were issued which could not be executed as the
premises were found locked. The Bailiff has reported that as there was
no such direction for breaking open of the locks, the warrants could
not be executed.
Ld. Counsel prays for permission to break open the locks
of the suit property. Allowed.
Further, Ld. Counsel for the DH also prays for police aid.
In view of the report of the Bailiff, allowed.
Issue warrant of possession with respect to the suit
property as per the site plan on filing of PF. PF be filed within 15
days from today. The Civil Nazir will ensure execution of warrants as
per law and repeated efforts will be made by the Bailiff till execution
of the warrants. DH is also directed to file affidavit alongwith PF that
there is no stay on the execution. The Bailiff is permitted to break
open the locks of the property if required. Same be mentioned on

the warrants.
Let the warrant be put up before Ld. ACJ for appointment
of Bailiff for 20.03.2024.
Put up for report of Bailiff on 03.05.2024.
Police aid is also granted to the DH. Copy of this order
be sent to the SHO concerned for information and compliance.
