Fresh vakalatnama is filed on behalf of defendant. It shall be
taken on record.
Ld. Counsel for plaintiff prays for ad interim injunction
restraining the defendants from creating any third party interest in the suit
properties so as to protect the interest of the plaintiff till the next date.
I have heard arguments in respect of the prayer. In view of the
pleadings on record, it is directed that till the next date of hearing, the
defendants shall not create third party interest in the suit property.
In my opinion, there are chances of an amicable settlement.
Parties are apprised of the process of mediation. They are willing to explore
the possibility of settlement before the Mediation Centre. With the consent of
the parties, the case is referred to Mediation Centre, Rohini Courts, Delhi.
Both parties are directed to appear before the Mediation Centre on
04.08.2026 at 12.00 noon.
Put up for the parties to report the outcome of mediation
proceedings on 17.02.2027.
