The appellant has filed the present appeal under Section 29 of the Protection of Women From Domestic Violence Act, 2005, against the Order dt.10.06.2026 passed by the Court of Ld. JMFC Mahila Court-02, North West District, Rohini Courts, Delhi, in the matter titled as ‘Savita Dhiman v. Jatin Dhiman & Ors.’ in Court Case No.5251/2022. 2. Heard. Perused and considered. 3. Ld. Counsel for the appellant submits that the Ld. Trial Court vide the aforesaid impugned Order has allowed an application filed on behalf of respondent under Section 23 of the Act for interim maintenance against the appellant. Ld. Counsel submits that the main grievance of the appellant is regarding the quantum of interim maintenance awarded by the Ld. Trial Court. 4. Ld. Counsel has explained facts of the case and grounds of setting aside the impugned order. 5. Upon appellant taking steps within 7 days, issue notice of the appeal through ordinary process and speed post/RC to the respondent returnable for the NDOH. 12.
