Present: Sh. Sarjeet Singh, Ld. counsel alongwith father and
mother of the petitioner.
The present application has been filed on behalf of
applicant for release of the amount.
Perusal of file reveals that vide order dated 09.01.2023,
the present matter has already settled between the parties for an
amount of Rs.1,00,000/- as full and final settlement and the award
amount of Rs.1,00,000/- was released to the applicant. It has been
prayed by the ld. counsel for applicant that the award amount may
be released.
Statement of mother of applicant/petitioner in terms of
Clause 26 of MCTAP has already been recorded separately.
Heard. Record perused.
Thus, having regard to the facts and circumstances of
the case, it is hereby ordered that out of the awarded amount an
amount of Rs.1,00,000/- be released to petitioner immediately in her
MACT saving bank account no. 42024567049 IFSC Code:
SBIN0010323 in State Bank of India, District Court Rohini Branch,
Delhi.
Concerned Manager, SBI, Rohini Court Branch is
directed to transfer the disbursed amount immediately to the
petitioner in her MACT saving bank accounts, on completing
necessary formalities as per rules.

Copy of this Award alongwith one photograph each,
specimen signatures, copy of bank passbook and copy of residence
proof of the petitioner, be sent to Nodal Officer of SBI, Rohini
Court, Branch, Delhi for information and necessary compliance.
This application is disposed off accordingly.
Copy of this order be given dasti.
Application be tagged with main file and file be
consigned to Record Room after compliance.
