behalf of the plaintiff for amendment has already been filed.

The defendant is not yet served, therefore, notice of
the present application is not required to be issued to the
defendant.
The plaintiff, by way of the proposed amendment
wants to correct the calculation of the interest amount on the
principle outstanding. The plaintiff has filed the present suit for
recovery of Rs. 5,43,584/- but after re-calculation of the interest
wants to convert the suit for recovery of Rs. 3,30,901/- out of
which Rs. 2,40,656/- is towards the principle and Rs. 90,245/-
towards the interest @ 18 % p.a..
The proposed amendment is not going to change the
nature of the suit, therefore, no prejudice is going to be caused to
the opposite party.
In the present facts and circumstances, the
application under Order 6 Rule 17 CPC filed by the plaintiff is
allowed.
The amended plaint filed along with the application
is taken on record.
