Ld. Counsel for the plaintiff submits that plaintiff
bank does not wish to pursue the present Suit against the
defendant any further, as during pendency of the suit, as the
defendant has deposited all overdue amount on 17.01.2024.
Letter issued by plaintiff to this effect is Ex.C1. It is prayed that
present suit be disposed of accordingly.
Separate statement of Ld. Counsel for the plaintiff
‘At Bar’ has been recorded in this regard.
In view of the submissions and statement recorded,
nothing survives in the present Suit, which is disposed of as
settled/compromised.
