An exemption application qua the accused Sudhir has
been filed. The ground urged is that the said accused has gone to
his native village for undergoing treatment for the TB. For the
said reason, the application is allowed for today only.
The PW Dr. Vijay Dhankar, MD, Forensic, despite
service of summons, has failed to appear. However, an
exemption request has been received from the said PW. In view
of this, the exemption is allowed for today only.
Let fresh summons be issued to PW Dr. Vijay Dhankar
for NDOH.
The summons to PW Dr. Vandita Rani has remained
unserved with the report that the said PW has left the
employment of the hospital concerned. The said PW is stated to
be working in BSA Hospital. In view of this, let fresh summons
be issued to PW Dr. Bandita Roy through MS concerned of BSA
Hospital returnable for NDOH.
