Verification report received from concerned police station.
Heard on application. Record perused.
It is submitted by Ld. Counsel for the petitioner that entire
family of the applicant/petitioner Ankit is residing in a rented
accommodation and monthly rent is burdensome in the absence
of deceased. It is further submitted that they do not own any
residential house and intend to purchase a house to secure
permanent shelter for family and avoid recurring payment of
rent. It is prayed that the entire awarded amount be released to
the petitioners.
Perusal of record reveals that the present matter has been
settled in the lok adalat vide award dated 22.03.2026. Record
further reveals that the petitioners have already been released the
award amount in terms of order dated 21.05.2026. Perusal of
record further reveals that the applicant/petitioner has neither
placed on record any bayana agreement/agreement to sell to
purchase any specific property nor specified particulars of any
property and its purchase price which they would like to
purchase. In these circumstances, the ground for release of entire
award amount is not made out. Accordingly, the application
stands dismissed.
The application is accordingly disposed of.
Copy of the order be given dasti.
File be sent back to record room.
