The present application had been filed on behalf of
applicant Vijay Kumar for release of the amount.
Heard. Nazir report perused.
It is hereby ordered that entire amount of compensation of
Rs 21,71,792/- with interest accurred till date be released to the
petitioner Vijay Kumar in his MACT Account No. 41648941991, IFSC
Code SBIN0010323 in State Bank of India, Rohini Courts Branch,
Delhi.
Concerned Manager, SBI, Rohini Court Branch is directed
to transfer the disbursed amount immediately to the petitioner Vijay
Kumar in his MACT bank account mentioned above, on completing
necessary formalities as per rules.
Copy of this Award alongwith one photograph each,
specimen signatures, copy of bank passbook and copy of residence
proof of the petitioners, be sent to Nodal Officer of SBI, Rohini Court,
Branch, Delhi for information and necessary compliance.
This application is disposed off accordingly.
Copy of this order be given dasti.
Application be tagged with main file and file be consigned
to Record Room after compliance.
