An application seeking grant of bail is filed on behalf of accused persons Rusian, Manisha,
Akhlesh.
Submissions heard. Record perused.
The present case is U/s 135 of the Electricity Act. The case is based upon the documentary
evidence. Trial of this case will take its own time. Considering all these facts, the accused Rusian, Manisha,
Akhlesh are admitted on bail on furnishing the personal bond and the surety bond of Rs.20,000/- each.
Personal bond has been furnished on behalf of Rusian, Manisha, Akhlesh and the same is
hereby accepted till NDOH. Surety bond be furnished on or before the NDOH.
The documents have been supplied to Ld. Counsel for accused persons Rusian, Manisha,
Akhlesh, who has gone through the documents. Same are complete.
Bailable Warrants be issued against the accused Shahana for the NDOH.
To come up appearance of accused on 04.02.2026.
