After the last date of hearing, an application for permission to file an amended memo of parties and a copy of complaint filed by the revisionist under Section 473 of the DMC Act, 1957, came to be filed. 2. Heard, perused and considered. 3. The grievance of the revisionist is that the Trial Court, vide the impugned Order, has dismissed the aforesaid application of the revisionist, which was filed under Section 473 of the DMC Act, on the ground that the charge-sheet had already been filed. 4. The revisionist has explained the facts of the case and grounds of seeking setting aside of impugned Order. 5. Issue notice to the State. Notice is accepted by the Ld. Addl. P.P. for the State. A copy of the petition with documents be supplied to the Ld. Addl. P.P. for the State. 6. Also, upon the revisionist taking steps within seven days, issue notice to the private respondent, namely, Harbajan Singh through ordinary process and speed post/RC, returnable for the next date of hearing. 7.
