On the basis of pleadings of the parties, following issues
are being framed:
1. Whether on 31.03.2024 at about 7.30 pm, near Brickfiled
Mandawali Bangar, within the jurisdiction of PS Ratan Puri,
District Muzaffarnagar, UP, one Tractor – Trula make Nahinda
Arjun 555DI, Tem No. T1023HR2688BY, chasis no.
MBNBEBBLPPNM00236, which was being driven in a rash and
negligent manner by its driver/R1 Reshpal Singh who had hit the
Tata Magic Cab bearing registration No. HR-56A-2251 and
thereby caused injuries to petitioner Parvindra? OPP
2. Whether petitioner is entitled to compensation, if so, to what
amount and from whom? OPP
3. Relief.
Be put up for PE for 25.04.2025.
Petitioner is directed to give advance copy of the affidavit
of witness to respondents atleast 15 days prior to the next date of
hearing.
Petitioner may also take steps to summon the witness, if so
required, expeditiously.
