Heard. Perused.
Notice of the appeal be issued to the State.
An application has also been moved u/s 430 BNSS for
suspension of sentence and for grant of bail during pendency of
the appeal.
Heard. Perused the documents filed alongwith the
appeal. Ld. Trial Court has suspended the sentence for a period
of 30 days from 22.04.2026. Since the appeal has been filed
within the limitation, the relief is granted u/s 430 BNSS further
suspending the sentence and the appellant is released on bail till
the disposal of the appeal on the same terms as directed by Ld.
Trial Court. The bail bond furnished before the trial court may
be got extended till the disposal of appeal or a new bail bond be
furnished to the tune of Rs.20,000/- with one surety in the like
amount subject to the satisfaction of the Ld. Trial Court.
The application u/s 430 BNS stands disposed of.
Copy of order be given dasti. TCR be requisitioned.
