An application u/o 1 R 10 CPC filed on behalf of counsel for
plaintiff seeking transposition of Smt. Manju Grover and Sh. Nikhil
Grover who are the LRs of deceased plaintiff as defendants in the suit.
On the no objection of the LRs Smt. Manju Grover and Sh.
Nikhl Grover and counsel for defendant, the said application is allowed
and the LRs no. 2 & 3 Smt. Manju Grover and Sh. Nikhil Grover are
transposed as defendants no. 2 & 3 in the present case.
Amended memo of parties be filed on or before NDOH.
WS on behalf of newly transposed defendants no. 2 & 3
filed. Copy supplied.
At this stage, it is submitted that the matter is likely to be
compromised and request is made for referring the matter to mediation
cell.
Parties shall appear before Ld. Mediator on 25.07.2026 at
2.00pm and to come up for report before this court on 30.11.2026.
