with appellant is present in person.
1. The appellant has filed the present appeal under Section 29 of the DV Act against
the impugned Order dated 01.05.2205 in the matter titled
‘Dolly Lalwani v. Pankaj Sinwani’ ,
CT 18123/2024, passed by the Court of Ld. JMFC, Mahila Court-02, District North West,
Rohini Courts.
2. Heard, perused and considered.
3. Ld. Counsel for the appellant submits that Ld. Trial Court, vide the aforesaid
impugned Order, has wrongly awarded interim maintenance at an excessive rate.
4. Ld. Counsel for the appellant has briefly explained the facts of the case and grounds
of seeking setting aside of the aforesaid Order.
5. An application seeking exemption from filing certified copy and another application
seeking condonation of delay has also been filed with the appeal.
6. In view of the above, upon appellant taking steps within 7 days, issue notice of this
appeal and applications upon the respondent through ordinary process and speed post/RC,
returnable for the next date of hearing i.e. 29.08.2026.
