residing at the said address itself and that she is evading the process of the
court. He further submits that the summons may be issued dasti.
That being so, it is directed that representative of the plaintiff is
permitted to accompany the process server at the time of service. Fresh
summons be issued in terms of previous order, on taking of steps within one
