This is an application filed u/s 143A NI Act for release of
compensation amount on behalf of applicant/respondent.

The notice issued to the non-applicant/appellant
received back unserved.
Through the present application, Ld. counsel for the
applicant/respondent intends to get the compensation amount
released in favour of the applicant which was deposited by the
appellant pursuant to order dt. 21.03.2022.
The record reveals that the present applicant was
respondent in Cr. Appeal No.30/22, which was dismissed on
merits vide order dt. 21.10.2024.
There is no provision in Cr.PC/BNSS or any other law
which may authorize the court of Sessions to entertain any
application after the disposal of the appeal.
Hence, the application is dismissed being not
maintainable.
Application stands disposed of.
