Sh. Avinash Kumar Tyagi, Ld. Counsel for the defendant
through V.C.
Summons were directed to be issued to the defendant through e-mail.
However, Ld. Counsel for the defendant submits that the same were not received by
the defendant. It is submitted by Ld. Counsel for the defendant that the defendant
came to know about the present case when the plaintiff filed the WS is a connected
case filed by the defendant which is pending before the court of Sh. Sunil
Choudhary, Ld. DJ-04, N/W, Rohini courts. Ld. Counsel for the defendant is directed
to share his e-mail ID and whatsapp number in the chat box.
On request, plaintiff is directed to supply the copy of plaint and
documents within 10 days from today.
WS be filed within 30 days of the receipt of the documents. Advance
copy of the same be supplied to the opposite party atleast 15 days prior to the next
date of hearing.
Put up for filing of replication, if any, admission/ denial and framing
of issues on 28.04.2025.
Both the parties are directed to file their affidavits in admission/
denial of documents.
