dated 05.02.2025 has been received as per which, the summons have been served
upon the defendant no. 1 to 3 by way of publication.
Ld. Counsel for the plaintiff has filed the reply to the defendant no. 4
and 5’s application u/o 1 rule 10 CPC for their deletion from the array of parties.
However, they have not appeared.
Be awaited till 02.00 pm.
