Property No.KU-27, situated in the layout plan of Pitampura Residential Scheme,
Pitampura, Delhi-110034. Compliance affidavit in terms of Order 39 Rule 3 CPC
be filed by the plaintiff on or before the next date of hearing.
Matter be re-listed for arguments on the application of the plaintiff
under Order 12 Rule 6 CPC on 15.02.2027. Copy of order be given dasti as
prayed for.
