Ld. counsel for plaintiff submits that through the application
under consideration the plaintiff wants to place on record the Legal
Proceedings Certificate dated 08.04.2025 regarding his Trademark with
respect to the application No. 5510580 in Class 30 and other application
No. 5510581 in Class 30.
Ld. counsel for defendant fairly submits that he is not

In view of above facts and circumstances and in the interest
of justice, the said documents are taken on record. Application under
