company and the plaintiff has now appointed Mr.Ujjwal Vij as new AR
vide board resolution dated 09.02.2026. It is prayed that the AR of plaintiff
may kindly be substituted.
The application is duly supported with the copy of board
resolution dated 09.02.2026. Keeping in view the submissions made, the
present application is allowed and Mr. Ujjal Vij is substituted as new AR of
the plaintiff.
Ld.counsel for defendant undertakes to file the written
statement as per provisions of Commercial Courts Act.
