the plaintiff with plaintiff.
Ms. Neha, Ld. Counsel for the defendant through V.C.
WS along with application u/o 8 rule 1 CPC, reply to
application u/o 39 rule 1 and 2 CPC, application u/o 7 rule 11 CPC,
documents and vakalatnama already filed on 08.11.2024. Copy already
supplied, as confirmed by Ld. Counsel.
Ld. Counsel for the plaintiff submits that he shall file the
replication, reply to application u/o 7 rule 11 CPC and reply to application
u/o 8 rule 1 CPC during the course of the day after e-filing. Let the same
be done. Copy of the same is taken on record. The defendant is directed to
collect the same from the Ahlmad within 10 days under proper receipt.
As the plaintiff has already filed the replication and the WS
was supplied prior to this date, the WS is taken on record. Hence, the
application u/o 8 rule 1 CPC is disposed of.
