On the basis of pleadings of the parties, following issues
are being framed:
1. Whether on 12.03.2024 at about 7.00 pm, at Tigri Road, near
Power House, Kumrala Police Post/Chowki, within the
jurisdiction of PS Gajraula, Amroha, UP, one Eeco car bearing
registration No. UP-37N-8658 which was being driven in a rash
and negligent manner by its driver/R1 Imran, who had hit the
motorcycle bearing registration no. UP-20K-7902 and thereby
caused death of victim Rajpal? OPP
2. Whether petitioners are entitled to compensation, if so, to what
amount and from whom? OPP
3. Relief.
Be put up for PE for 31.05.2025.
Petitioner is directed to give advance copy of the affidavit
of witness to respondents one month prior to the next date of
hearing.
Petitioner may also take steps to summon the witness, if so
required, expeditiously.
