Accused absent.
BWs received back duly executed against the accused, despite
that accused is not present, despite repeated calls since morning. Ld. Dy.
LADC submits that he has not received any information from his client today
and his whereabouts are not known to him. It appears that accused is
deliberately trying to evade the process of law. In these circumstances, let
NBWs be issued against accused through SHO concerned returnable on
26.09.2026.

At this stage, Sh. Sanjay Kumar Hooda, Ld. Dy. LADC for
accused along with accused have entered appearence and have filed an
application seeking cancellation of NBWS, on the ground that on the LDOH
itself accused had met with an accident and due to this reason he could not
appear before the court. In light of the submissions made in the application,
operation of NBWs stands stayed till the NDOH.
Be put up for arguments on the point of framing of notice on
26.09.2026.
