Vide letter no.Pr.D&SJ (NW&North)/ Sectt. /RC /
2025/23209-23310 dated 09.07.2025, whereby it has been
requested to make extra efforts to identify suitable pending cases
and to refer the same before Ld. Mediation Centre. It has been
informed that a mediation 'For The Nation' campaign is being
launched by
National Legal Services Authority (NALSA) in
association with
Mediation and Conciliation Project
Committee(MCPC), Supreme Court of India, across the country
and as such, a 90 days intensive drive shall be commencing w.e.f
01.07.2025 to settle the pending cases through the process of
Mediation. Therefore, it has been requested that for the purpose
of referring the suitable cases from database may be identified
and to refer the same before Ld. Mediation Cell. The contact
details of the coordinator of the Mediation Centre Rohini, where
the parties are to appear for settlement efforts, are: Mobile
No.8685885571 and email address: parkashrishi20@gmail.com’.
Accordingly, court notice be issued to the
respondent including his Advocates for their appearance before
Ld. Mediation Cell, Rohini Court for 19.08.2025, in order to
explore the possibility of settlement.

Liberty is also granted to the petitioner to take steps
for notice of the petition on filing of PF, RC Copies etc, for date
fixed before the Court i.e. 30.10.2025.
