PW1 Sh. Yogesh Gupta partly examined in chief and
his remaining chief examination has been deferred as he started
trembling after seeing the accused persons.
PW Sh. Ashish is also discharged unexamined for
today.
Today, the mother of accused Prabhjot did video
recording of the witness, his counsel and the other persons while
they were standing outside, alongwith the IO. She has been
warned not to repeat any such act and the video is also deleted
from her mobile phone. Keeping in view the conduct of the
family members of accused Prabhjot, it is ordered that he be
produced through VC on the next date of hearing.
Be listed for PE on 16.11.2024. Both the witnesses,

i.e. Yogesh Gupta and Sh. Ashish be summoned for the next date
of hearing. IO and MHC(M) with case property be also
summoned.
