application.
Heard. In view of the submissions made, application is
allowed and accused Prabhjot @ Sahib is exempted from personal
appearance for today only, through his counsel.
Accused Karan Dutta absent.
Two calls have been made but accused Karan Dutta has not
responded. His bail bond stands forfeited. Issue NBWs against the
accused Karan Dutta and notice u/s 446 CrPC to his surety.
Accused Puneet Arora not produced from Kasna Jail. Let his
production warrants be issued for the next date.
