(Interim Bail Extention Order)
Heard the arguments on extention of interim bail
application.
2. Ld. Counsel for the applicant/accused seeks extension
of interim bail on behalf of accused Prabhjot @ Sahib on the
ground that his father is to be admitted in the hospital on
24.03.2025 as per the directions of the Doctor concerned.

3. Verification report was called. As per the verification
report submitted by the IO, presently, the patient is not required
to be admitted in the hospital.
4. Under the circumstances, no ground for the interim bail
is made out. The application for extension of interim bail is,
accordingly, dismissed.
5. List on the date already fixed i.e. 21.03.2025 for PE.
6. Copy of this order be sent to the concerned Jail
Superintendent, for information. Copy of the order be also given
dasti to the counsel for the applicant.
