u/s.439 Cr.P.C. moved on behalf of accused Prabhjot @ Sahib.
Present: Sh. Kumar Sanjay, Ld. Substitute Addl. PP for the
State.
Sh. Nitin Kumar, Adv. for applicant/accused Prabhjot
@ Sahib, through VC.
Heard the arguments on interim bail application.
Counsel for the applicant/accused submitted that the
mother of the applicant/accused is critically ill as her HB Count
is 4.3 and from 28.08.2024 she has been admitted in Shri Swami
Narayan Giri Charitable Dispensary, situated at 17/133, Geeta
Colony, Laxmi Narayan Mandir, Delhi. The IO has verified the
medical condition of the mother of the applicant/accused.
Keeping in view the medical condition of the mother of
the applicant/accused and that there is no other person to take
care of her, applicant/accused Prabhjot @ Sahib is admitted to
interim bail for one week from the day of his release, on his
furnishing personal bond in the sum of Rs.25,000/- with one
surety in the like amount, on the following conditions:

i) That the applicant/accused will share his mobile
number(s) to the IO/SHO, which should be always
switched on and he shall share his phone live location as
and when required by the IO.
ii) That the applicant/accused shall not leave Delhi
without permission.
iii) That the applicant/accused shall not approach any of
the witnesses or their family members, directly or
indirectly.
iv) That the applicant/accused shall surrender before the
concerned Jail Superintendent after one week of his
release.
List on the date already fixed i.e. 12.09.2024 awaiting
supplementary charge sheet qua accused Karan.
Copy of this order be sent to the concerned Jail
Superintendent, for information. Copy of the order be also given
dasti to the counsel for the applicant.
