It is stated by ld. Counsel for R3 that in the RC, copy of
which was supplied to them, the vehicle number was different
from the vehicle number as mentioned in the FIR and further
copy fo the insurance policy has also not been supplied to them.
Therefore, they are not in a position to file the WS.
It is stated by ld. Counsel for petitioner that though she has
applied for the certified copy of criminal case record, but the
same has not been received. Petitioner is directed to file criminal
case record with advance copy to ld. Counsel for insurance
company prior to next date.
Process not issued to R1 and R2. Therefore, issue fresh
process to R1 and R2 on filing PF/RC and speed post returnable
on next date.
Put up for appearance of R1 and R2 on 16.12.2024.
