Heard and record perused.
On the basis of pleadings of the parties, following issues
are being framed:
1. Whether on 16.10.2023 at about 8.30 am, near Shehdra
market, Mangal Bazar, Noida, UP, within the jurisdiction of PS
Sector -142, (Commissionerate Gautam Budh Nagar, UP), one
motorcycle bearing registration No. UP-16DY-4371 which was
driven in a rash and negligent manner by its driver/R1 Yad Ram
who had hit the victim Raj Kumar Sahani and thereby caused his
death? OPP
2. Whether petitioners are entitled to compensation, if so, to what
amount and from whom? OPP
3. Relief.

Petitioner is directed to give advance copy of the affidavit
of witness to respondents one month prior to the next date of
hearing. Petitioner may also take steps to summon the witness, if
so required, expeditiously.
