The present application has been filed on behalf of
applicant to release the award amount.
Perusal of file reveals that vide order dated 14.03.2024,
award was passed in favour of petitioner and against the insurance
company.
As per report of Nazir, the award amount has been
deposited by the insurance company.
Heard. Record perused.
Thus, having regard to the facts and circumstances of the
case, it is hereby ordered that the awarded amount of Rs.10,788/-
alongwith interest be released to petitioner immediately in her saving
bank account no.4171000100146083 IFSC Code: PUNB0417100 in
Punjab National Bank, Branch Sector 5, Rohini, Delhi.
Concerned Manager, SBI, Rohini Court Branch is directed
to transfer the disbursed amount immediately to the petitioner in his
saving bank accounts, on completing necessary formalities as per rules.
This application is disposed off accordingly.
Copy of this order be given dasti.
Application be tagged with main file and file be
consigned to Record Room after compliance.
