None for defendant.
One participant in the name of Advocate Pranay Jain is
speaking in the videoconferencing that main counsel is on the way
with Vakalatnama. He is requested to switch on his camera but he has
not switch on the camera. No Vakalatnama executed in the name of
said Sh. Pranay Jain is available on file.
Ld. Counsel for plaintiff stated that he has not received
the copy of written statement filed by defendants.
No written statement filed by defendants is reflecting on
CIS. On last date of hearing, summons were found served upon
defendants on 06.02.2025 and one Sh. Pardeep Kapoor, Advocate
appeared through videoconferencing and claimed that he is
representing all the defendants and Vakalatnama will be filed in course
of the day. The defendants were present in the Court and time was
given to them to file written statements within prescribed period.
In the facts where no written statement has been filed by
defendants nor Court has been approached for extension of time to file
written statements, the right of defendants to file written statement
stands closed.
Plaintiff to lead evidence on 02.08.2025.
